Question

findmyhosting.com Dead ?

Hello Guys

I was wondering if you know anything about findmyhosting.com hosting directory.

Seems to me they are not active and soon they will be out of the bussiness ?

Recently I have updated our plans , bought some leads , submited support request.

No response , site is running on its own like ghost website.

Any comments on this ?

Apreciated

Support requests are answered, just slowly. It sure does seem like it is dead...

But it still is top 10 on almost ever relevant search for hosting, and is still visited by quite a few people...

Odd...that was a good service...

The site has been pretty inactive for a few years, not sure what the owner is doing, I emailed him in the past to offer my help or to take it over and he wasn't interested, so he is still alive just not sure why he isn't working on it as its falling behind and usability sucks.

Unfortunately

If you are paying for services and you are not getting them there only chargeback comes to mind.

I hate to do so however I will have no choice.

Thats too bad but they should put some sort of notice up as it doesnt seem to be maintained. A few years back the owner used to frequent here. It seems I remember he lived in the Hurricane Katrina area and suffered some loss, etc. but looks like by now he would have sold the business out or something. Not good!

Yes, I had tried to get in contact with them a few times, which lead to no responses and that was about...oh I'd say...3 or 4 months ago. Not sure what happened, I was told they were a great resource for hosting companies.

Funny. I was just wondering how findmyhosting a few weeks ago.. I updated all our plans, etc.. and submitted a support request, but still haven't heard back from them.

Such a waste. He could sell that site/domain for a pretty penny and cash out...

yeah, its still top of most google searches, and if someone actually put some time into it it would be the great site it was a few years ago...
