Up for sale is a full support suite Kayako license just purchased February 28, 2006. That comes with Live Response as well as the E-support. Reason for sale- We have decided to have our in house programmers develop our own e-support software to better fit the needs of our customers.
Comes with 6 months free support and upgrades.

Oh your right. Thank you for the tip Steve. Yes we paid Kayako via credit card. It has been verified by the WHT staff, and there are no strings attached. We simply do not feel this was a invesment we should have made knowing we could have just had our programmers work on something that suite's our needs. RackFort, I guarantee you, theres no secrets.
