We currently use PHP LIVE and though it is good it drives me nuts with the its ability to slow down a site (probably due to MySql).

I have looked at CuteChat but have never been able to run this for some reason. Basically I want a Live Support / Chat application which we can install ourselves and which runs off MS SQL 2005 and uses .NET 2.0

Used to use Xigla livechat but ran into problems of chat sessions timing out.

We've been using Chatstat for live chat support for Sales and technicial assistance for some time. It is limited to work for operators only on Windows machines, but it has lots of Features on Demand for an add-on fee. Basically it's free and suits our needs, they have also been quick to update, enhance, and patch their code regularly as well.

No problem as we shoot any staff who don't run Windows
