Tell us the environment like OS, any control panel etc.,
You need to install FP extensions on the server... http://technet.microsoft.com has a good documentation on thisI am now happily selling Natural Herbal Hair Oil - happy to be so far removed from technology!

roly,
if your website has frontpage 2002 extensions installed, it should be backward compatible with frontpage 98. plz check if it is really installed, or do a re-install.× Dedicated Servers × cPanel Shared/Reseller Hosting

it may sound stupid, but have you enabled frontpage extensions for that site in whm?
i cant think of anything else because the FP extensions in CPanel works very well on 2 Linux servers I have used.I am now happily selling Natural Herbal Hair Oil - happy to be so far removed from technology!
