We're selling our owned Kayako eSupport License at $200 as we no longer use it. You will have to renew Support & Updates in order to get future updates. Kayako informed me there is no need for the license to be with "Support & Updates" active in order to sell it.

Hi,

The license is genuine eSupport Owned License and the Support and Upgrades it's expired.

You have to renew your support and upgrades to be able to transfer to the new owner.

In this picture I have asked for the third time to Kayako if it is required to have it active and they clearly stated to me 3 times that you don't.
