Load-Balancing with Windows

Just curious if any hosts have or plan to have load-balanced servers? How did you implement it (hardware or software OS based)?

NLBS is remarkably efficient and easy to use. It is built into Windows server and as long as you implement it on the same vlan and the servers don't need to see each other, it is fairly robust.

This is the same route we plan to go, with DFSR for file sync.
