Hello WHT Members,

I am currently looking for a part-time position working within your company providing support services to clients or work with clients one-on-one with billing issues. I could also be utilized on intermediate server administration on Windows based servers performing the following work.

1.) Installing Control Panels (I have much experience in installing Helm, Plesk).
2.) Configuring Windows Services (IIS, FTP, Microsoft DNS Server)
3.) Setting up Remote Assistance and Terminal Services for clients to connect to their servers.
4.) General Windows Server administrative tasks (Updating control panels, OS, etc.)

My Administrative/Billing Experience Includes:

1.) Experience with many types of help ticket system's such as OSTicket, etc.
2.) Setting up and administrative billing backend's include PayPal and merchant account set-ups into billing systems (Charge.com, Authorize .NET related work.
3.) Experience with all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
4.) Professional demeaner and excellent english ability when it comes to working with disgruntled/angry/new clients both verbally and in writing.
5.) Extensive knowledge of benefits of different business entities (S Corporations, C Corporations,). Taxation (Dividends, Payroll, IRS Compliance, etc.)

Business Experience:
My business experience includes running my own dropshipping business (Refer to S & H Enterprises Corp. in Nevada Business Records). I can handle pretty much any situation and will be glad to be an asset to your company.

Educational Experience:
Computer Programming 1 and 2
Advanced Web Design
Computer Applications 1 and Computer Applications 2

Pay Requirements:
Payment can be made by pay-per-ticket/per hr./prearranged agreement basis. Paid by PayPal OK and payment as Independent Contractor OK.
