EPP Auth Code shows RRP

One of my domains @ Registerfly shows the value "RRP" in its EEP Auth Code.

Is there any way I can transfer this domain away from them if I can not get them to change the EEP code into a working one?

Sammy

Sammy,

It has been obligatory, since the 28th of October 2006, for all registrars to change to EPP protocol. If the control panel of the reseller (Registerfly) is not yet updated and shows RRP, the accredited ICANN registrar (probably in your case is eNOm) can help you generate a valid Auth- Code. The registrar must provide you with the Auth-code within 5 calendar days of your request.

You can use: http://registrar.verisign-grs.com/whois/ to check who your registrar is.

In the case that it is eNOm, help is at hand. They can help you transfer your domain from Registerfly directly to them. You can either contact them directly or search the web for procedures.

For further info re ICANN regulations please visit. //www.icann.org/transfers/dnholder-faq-03nov04.htm

I hope you will find the above information useful.

Regards

Then both of us should post a support ticket at Registerfly, and ask for our EPP codes.
And they should give it to us within 5 days. If not report it to ICANN.

ICANN will have to do something after this massive complaints about them doing nothing,
and if You have some proof that Registerfly doesn't do whats demanded from them
I guess it will push ICANN even faster.

But things are working better at the Registerfly website now,
so I have a small hope for that we will get our EPP codes there.

---

I have now moved all my (critical) customers domains out,
and this is one of the 2 last customer domains I have left at RegFly.
The other one is waiting for the 60 days rule.

However I still have my personal domains there.....
Dont know if I will move them, maybe wait and see.
They don't expire for quite some time, and I really don't fear that much
that all domains at RegFly will be lost if they loose their ICANN approval.
