We have an open position for a technical support assistant at Voxtreme.
You will primarily be answering tickets via our helpdesk, so working remotely is fine.
We are looking for someone to work between the hours of 7-11pm EST, 7 days a week. The hours could be extended upon negotiation.
We are looking for someone who is hardworking, and honest. A working knowledge of WHM / Cpanel, and RH Linux in a hosting environment is also very useful.
The amount of work you would be doing is minimal, we don't get many tickets submitted during this time. At most, you would probably have to answer 5 tickets per night, and on some nights, there won't be any tickets to answer.
