All servers are located within a locked private suite, access is by authorised personnel only, and is secured with 4 IP Cameras, giving 24/7/365 recording of in-suite activity.
We believe in superior customer service not cutting corners. Our hotline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We provide support by email and telephone, with extensions such as IM and forums. We know our customers don't like call queues - so neither do we, so we don't have them.
For a nominal fee, we can have a courier pickup the server(s) from your location and deliver it to the datacentre, where it can be installed immediately.
