    Where can i find a plesk reseller account??

    You could try posting a request in the "Web Hosting Request" section (with your requirements) or you could search the "Shared WebHosting Special Offers" section where you may come across a Plesk resellers account. There are many hosting companies who use the forum who will provide you with what you are looking for.

    You might also try the Plesk forums and see if any hosts there offer it.

    I've used http://dixiesys.com for a while now. They offer reseller accounts with Plesk for pretty cheap and they have awesome tech support.

    I think Maniac is referring to the person advertising; not the act of editing by xstrike.

    He probably quoted the original advertisement, which xstrike then took out and added "edit - xtstrike"
