Very informative site.
You could rework the header, your title (upperleft) seems a little too small and not sharp.
If you had some sort of mouseover/color changer for your menu just to justify your links that might add some life to it.
overall, I like the site. Well organized and layed out.

I agree with what punaboy said with the header and the links.
Also icons are a hard item to use on web sites, it goes on the assumption that the user knows what they mean, if not, they have to place the mouse over them to read your "alt" description. If you are going to stick with them, I would suggest using some sort of mouseover to have text appear in the black space to the right of the icons with your link name.
One other thing I would suggest would be some sort of outer border to make the site have a more finished look to it.www.pajcorp.com -- coming soon to an internet near you...

i just had a look at the site and it looks pretty good......
I dont really have anything more to add to what DjPaj and punaboy have already said.....
and yes, definitely use css to control mouseovers......
