Bulk Name Server Lookup

I'm thinking of moving all my domains on my current host to a manage dedicated server.

Is there anyway I can check to make sure that my name servers are being used by all the domains on the server and they are not pointing to the IP Address?

What that would mean is all I have to do is change the IP Address on the Name Servers and they will point to the new server.

is that the best way to go about it?
