The units aren't very clear, it says 4670.57 kb/sec, I assume that is Kilobits/sec (usually abbreviated as Kb/sec), while Kilobytes/sec would be 8x less (usually abbreviated as KB/sec). Usually when we are talking about bandwidth
rates it is done in bits while total data transferred is in bytes.
The max speed of 12.5MBytes/s equals 100Mbits/s. If that is accurate then you are bursting up to the full 100Mbps.
Do you have bandwidth graphs to reference? That would help give you a clearer picture of your usage and patterns.
