I have been working with cPanel servers for almost 3 years, and also have experience of running a small successful hosting service a year ago, which I had to sell on due to lack of time.
I am now looking for a role in which I will be responding to Tickets/Email and also fix any server problems that arise to the best of my ability. I am also available for short periods if you need help with time consuming tasks like account transfers and such. I have a good understanding of backend services and security (APF Firewall) etc.
As for rates, I am open to offers. I don't mind monthly or per-ticket payments.
