You will have one year access for downloading all new versions of vbulletin. After that year you can use this licence as long as you like - it's a lifetime licence.

Payments with paypal - normal payment, no credit card transfer as I have standard paypal account.

Transfer will be done within 24 hours.

I have sold vbulletin licence a half year before and all was going perfectly (just do a search here).

We can't really verify an inactive license. VB won't allow transfers unless the license/support is current. You need to renew first.
