Where do you originate from? (Where are you located?) How old are you? What CAN you do? How long have you been in the technical support field? Is it the Windows or Linux platform you specialize in? Could you provide some sample rates? This will help me and anyone else who reads this thread.

Yes that would help, it has to be one of the strangest pitches ever...and what is wrong with indian programmers? seems a bit of a strange thing to say.
