I just noticed their new site design.... why do corporations always replace a simple user friendly attractive site with hard to read text and bad navigation?

I browsed it now and didn't find it all that hard to navigate. I don't have an account there, so not sure how much changed they have made to the customer support pages.

You like having to mouseover server images with hard to read text? Not to mention my mouse would accidently mouseover a server that I wasn't looking at.

Well, the new design is probably here to stay for a while, everyone will get used to it eventually I guess
