Web Based Remote Reboot / Bandwidth Graphs / Service monitoring script?

Anybody know of a good web based remote reboot, bandwidth graph (MRTG or something similar) and service monitoring script that can be integrated into billing system solutions? Basically I am looking for an alternative to Ubersmith DE.

I believe http://nocwizard.com/ may do what you want.

A guy on WHT recently acquired the product and is working to improve it, is probably worth getting in touch with him
