How does one create a flash ad like the one in the top right corner of http://www.layoutgraphics.net? thanks!

simple answer

1. Either learn FLASH MX

2. or hire a designer to create something like that.

I think they have used two frames, something brilliant. i liked it a lot.

Its a combination of flash and javascript.

Where the animation is in flash and javascript helps to put on html with transparency.

this would require some DOM scripting thru javascript i think, try the js gurus , they may be able to help you
