NitroZone - Stay clear at all costs

I am sure the owner will come here quite soon and argue about what I am saying, but I dont care. I have no time to be lenghty and tell you what exactly happened, but one thing is clear - stay away from this host.

I initially signed up with this host a few months ago. I got some login info that didnt work, mailed them without any answer. After a while I forgot about it, but the other day I thought I would try again. I mailed the guy, and then finally got hold of him on msn.

Believe me I was baffled when this guy was a total *** about it, and even accused me of being a thief, and for having committed a fraudulent transaction. So he says, though my paypal say otherwise. Even though I tried to be nice about, having straight answers to all his suspicious and arrogant questions, he persisted his accusations.

So, to sum it up - paid, didnt get working account info, then being called a thief and given arrogant runarounds. Stay away from this guy - he has no idea of how to conduct serious business.

Of course he was trying to be more accomodating when I said I would share my experience on WHT, but if that is what it takes to get some normal/friendly support you shouldnt be in hosting at all. Just my 2 cents.

And I'm sure you were an angel yourself. Threatening to post on WHT regarding your experiences and all.

There are proper ways to deal with providers and there are improper ways of dealing with them.
Threatening to post on webhostingtalk isn't one of them.

If you expect normal/friendly support try being normal and friendly back.

Like I said, I did my best to answer this guys questions, and somewhere there is a limit to what a client needs to take, dont you think?

Well, if he concluded you were a thief I assume
he would have refunded the payment months ago.

If he didn't then he's in no better position.
Either way I'm sure he'll show up here shortly, spout the other side and this thread will be off to closed-land when we all realize you're both 14 and stuck inside for the winter.

Well, it doesnt seem I am being the immature one here - I am probably older than you are, and judging by your reply above....

For these things there are a few things to resort to. If I feel something has been handled very bad, and done what I can to solve the situation, I believe I should warn others about it. After all there are hosts with impeccible records and with whom this would never happen. You cant neglect a client who has been trying to get in touch numerous times, and then call him a thief.

This was a simple misunderstanding. The matter has been resolved and the customer will recieve full credit for his purchase. The WHT staff can feel free to delete and/or close this topic. Thank You

You are probably right, the pot could have done a better job introducing himself to the kettle.

You're psychic! Well, about the first part anyway. Phidelio could really be 73 and it could be summer where he/she is
