    Message is frozen at EXIM

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or more of its
recipients after more than 72 hours on the queue on server.blablablabla.com

Im recieving this kind of errors from some domains of this server...

Im using cPanel + RHEL 3.

Looking at the logs I found this:

23.red-88-22-154.staticip.rima-tde.net (lista@domain.info) [88.22.xxx.xx] is currently not permitted to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication turned on in your email client.

And SMTP authentication is enabled at the mail client.

    any ideas ?

cpanel has two methods of smtp authentication:

    1) pop before smtp - you disable your smtp login, and simply login to your pop server within 30 minutes of sending the email. This applies to any addon email account, and your root cpanel mail account.

    2) real smtp auth - you must use your actual cpanel login when logging in. This won't work for those addon email accounts you use.

Run this script from the server.

    /scripts/fixrelayd

Also make sure you enabled "My server requires authentication" in your mail client.

Check whether the domain's entry is in /etc/localdomains (if its MX entry points to the same server). If the MX is pointing to another server, remove the domain's entry from /etc/localdomains and add it in /etc/remotedomains and check the same again.

If that doesn't works, search for the file /etc/eximmailtrap , and if it is there , remove it and check.

Let us know how it goes.

I won't recomend deleting /etc/eximmailtrap, as it will remove email restrictions you have set from your WHM --> Teak Settings like the maximum number of emails per hour for a domain.
