Today we are looking for experienced Remote Support Technicians to compliment our productive and friendly support team. Below are the basic requirements for all inquiring individuals.

Technical Experience:
* you are experienced with cPanel/WHM.
* you have knowledge in the shell command line.
* you are intuitive, self-motifivated and easy to work with.
* you are committed to your job and focused on customer satisfaction.
* you have the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
* handle pressure and work in an extremely fast paced environment.
* knowledge of customer service principles, techniques, systems and standards.
* must posses experience offering support in multiple mediums, such as: email, tickets, live chat, etc.
* must have experience offering shared and reseller support for software, configuration, hardware issues.
* you have experience assisting clients with script installs, errors, service issues and configuration questions with the common software on web servers (such as FTP, email, frontpage, HTML and basic web site design, ownership & permissions, etc.) that are running standard and custom configurations.

Preferred Technical Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years working with cPanel/WHM.
* you have worked with Linux based VPS servers (Virtuozzo).
* experienced in scripting such as: php, perl and bash.
* you have atleast 5yrs experience in RPM based Linux OS.
