CPU Question
Would you rather go with a
Pentium D 945 3.4 GHZ 4 MB Cache 800 MHz FSB
or
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4 GHZ 4 MB Cache 1066 MHz FSB
trying to figure out which one I should build a server with, ive kinda narrowed it down to these.Last edited by atrljoe; 01-25-2007 at 02:19 PM.

For hosting dynamic content I'd go for the core 2 duo. It would give you better performance.

Core 2 Duo are a lot better over all, i agree with mrbister, go for it!

The Core2 e6600 is the way to go.

Core2duo has shared cache, a much better choice in my opinion.
