Originally posted by Tom Kaplan Well, most likely my site will be shut down within a few weeks. It really isn't worth it anymore. Too many people just feel like attacking me, my web site, and my business.
As for that other kid's web site, well, there's nothing like a few million dollars worth of startup capital will do for you, and a team of adults running the show with you as the front man.
Considering I ran a lemonade stand to pay for the start up cost to register a trade name certificate, which I needed to start my business, I think I did okay.
I've had people (companies, other teen web designers like me) try to hijack my domain name, hack into my web site, and send threats to my clients...it sucks.
I am confused, are you staying or going? I think you need to make up your mind.
I'm pretty sure I'm staying...I reevaluated my position and it would be foolish for me to just give up and quit. I wasn't exactly in a great mood when I made that post above...
Sorry for the confusion.
Please note that is not my home page for the site, but a draft of my services page.
Much improvement. However, I caught this on your site:
"With over 8 years of experience on three major operating systems - Windows, Macintosh, and Linux - we can solve everything and anything that has to do with computers and the internet. We offer consultation services to both home users and businesses, with varying rates depending on the job."
You've been using Windows, Mac, and Linux since you were 5?
