and sure, you can have a look at the side of greatnet.de and there server, but here you will see that we have other server. we have AMD Duron, Athlon at our offers, we have Dual Xeon, Core2Duo and other equipment.... The 2nd, you can`t order a box at greatnet.de from outside germany/austria or switzerland
and yes, the domain 1paket.com is parked at a server from them, i can`t see where is the problem?

Actually, from what I know of 1paket and greatnet.de, 1paket resells greatnet's unmetered servers. Also, she's right in saying that greatnet does not sell servers for outsiders, only for germans... Try to contact them in English... They will point 1paket as a reseller for american people.
Ok, sure I might be unlucky, but not even commenting or giving me any explanations. I think thats just lousy service, and I guess I am sensitive, but that pisses me off. If you get a brand new customer and you dont correct the even simplest problem in 43 hours, thats just bad. Ive seen other people complaining about there service, so saying "they have very good service" or "1paket.com = good service" is really just your opinion.
