    Weird Plesk problem...

    I can't receive any email. The email accounts are set up in Plesk properly, and they used to work...But now I cannot receive any email. It sends just fine, but it doesn't receive.

    When I hit "Send/Receive" in OutlookXP it does not give me any error messages, yet it doesn't receive anything. I've sent myself test email messages so I know it should be receiving something.

    Even when I check the mail via WebMail it doesn't receive anything.

    What could be the problem? Any advice on how to fix it? Thanks!

    Try giving the mail program a restart. If that fails check the log and see whats going on. See if the queue is just getting bigger and not sending

    /usr/local/psa/qmail/bin/qmail-qstat to see the queue

    /usr/local/psa/rc.d/psa stop
    /usr/local/psa/rc.d/psa start


    /usr/local/psa/rc.d/qmail stop
    /usr/local/psa/rc.d/qmail start

    assuming you have the standard edition.
