I loved this panel so much i bought half the company, contract me for a demo or if i can help answer any questions about it.

Can anyone give provide some insight into this control panel? Any idea who's behind the company? How large their team is? Does anyone have experience with them?

They offer a 30 day demo license. Maybe its worth giving that a shot to see if it meets your needs. I would imagine that they have a fairly large team of people because they provide 24hr support for emergencies and your standard 9am to 5pm support through out the day. It can't be to small if they can do all that.

CZXSOFT is the parent company for CONTROLzx software although I could not find out any information about them on the internet.

They do not have any Testimonials on there website nor can I find someone who has given a review about them. But try the 30 day demo to see what its like. If its good buy it, if its not, post a bad review here on WHT for everyone to see. Although it would be great if you could post a review if you like it too....

I've been in correspondence with one of their developers, Frank, who has been very helpful so far. He scheduled a phone walk through with me on Sunday morning but never called. Since that time I've updated my ticket 3 times and received no response.

I was optimistic about adopting CZX as our control panel as it looks solid and easy to use, but after being left in the lurch like this for over 3 days I'm starting to question the reliability of the support they can provide.

Hopefully I hear from them soon. I'll post back to this thread with an update.

Yea, just to add clarification, the ticket system wasn't sending Frank, one of the techs, notification emails that I was responding in the ticket.
