I want to look for many domain and see which one I can register. I dont want to put a domain name one by one to see if it's take or not. So is there a program or a website to check for multiple domains to see if it's taken or not.

Any registrar which allows you to do bulk registrations (ie GoDaddy) has such a tool. Just put the domains in the registration box and submit. They will tell you which domains cannot be registered before proceeding to the registration of the other domains.
