    Question about Kayako's outgoing emails?


    I have installed SupportSuite and tried configure it..

    It works fine and configured fine, but when ticket is open and reply by staff, it replys as text base.. is there anyway to change it html base email?

    tried to find on setting on ticket and mail parser, but I don't see any setting for outgoing email setting, just incoming...

    I have searced it on kayako forum, but I could not find it.

    Can anyone help me out?

    You can change the outgoing emails in HTML format under:
    Admin CP > Settings > CPU Optimization & Server Settings > Outgoing Mail Settings > Enable HTML Emails

    Change it to 'Yes'. Hope that helps
