Have been with them for a few months now. I have not ONE negative thing about them.
Before I was even a customer, it was about 10pm at night (eastern USA) and I received a response back in probably about 30 seconds. I must say their presales, even before your a paying customer is truely amazing. Honestly, was almost as fast as it would take some people to read and type back in a live instant message.
Now, a customer, it continues! This is sure not a one man company, even though it is extremely nice to know that Vik, the CEO is there too! Theres many support techs, they claim a 3 hour max for trouble ticket response. Try 10 minutes guaranteed, EVERY ticket I submit. Vik the CEO Himself is EXTREMELY helpfull and intelligent, as well as all of his employees.
I am super glad to know that I can email them at any time, even on holidays when others are off from work, and they will respond in about 5 minutes! I was shocked when I emailed my first presales question at about 10pm at night, and recevied a response as fast as an instant message!
Uptime? 100%! The only downtime was notified, for server upgrades. They say will take about 30 minutes, but the one time that it has happened, maybe 5?
Overall? GREAT - SUPER -- HIGH RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
