Where to get a good IRA from?

I'm pretty young and I think I would like to start an IRA account for my retirement. Since it's a very longterm thing, I was curious if anyone had some suggestions on where I should get my IRA from.

I am with Bank of America so naturally I thought it would be good to get it from there however I am open to suggestions. (higher yield % and such)

If you have any recommendations, that would be great!

Additionally, I'm fairly sure I want to use a roth IRA instead of a traditional but what are your thoughts on it?

    Thanks!

I have a Roth IRA from Etrade.com. Seems to be working out Ok for me so far (3+ years).
If you have to operate your company behind the scenes or under a fake name, maybe it's time to leave the industry and start something fresh.
