    HTML code - browser fix

    Hello,

    I have a design that works okay in Internet Explorer 6.0 but have the following problems with other browsers:

    Internet Explorer 7.0:
    Right side of the design moves even further to the right.

    Firefox 2.0 & Opera 9.1:
    A thin line on the right side of the design is displayed.

    The design is located at:

    If you think you can fix it please contact me or reply in this thread.

    Thanks.

    Recode your layout using CSS and DIVs and you wont have these problems. Also, if I was you, I'd code for this generations browsers and not lasts? Don't base your code on IE6, base it on FF and IE7. THEN go back and make mods for IE6 and 5, because if it works in FF and IE7 then you know your code is right.

    If you want a proper job, I'm availiable.

    it is a line caused by overlapping of right-grey-border.jpg with the background. Adjust the width to 100%
    <td width="100%" background="images/right-background.jpg" height="31" rowspan="2">
    <img src="images/right-grey-border.jpg" width="14" height="32" alt=""></td>

    It Should fix the line. But there is a still a dark portion, So try slicing the psd again to grab only
    the right side image.
