I orderd a unmetered dedicated server 11 jan 2007. I got a confirmation email a few minutes later. The total cost 1344 Euro? (Don't the exact due to exchange).

On the 12th januari CTN1 sends us information about the server and with username and password. We try to login but the password is wrong.

I called customer servicec but all I get is some boring music. I called 5 times all them end with same message. "Please leave a message after tone" but there is no tone and I go to the same start menu again.

I send my first email 13 januari for support. No answer.
I open a ticket on their support for support. No answer.

12 hours later still no support answer.
I called 3 more times and still the same loop happens.
I send a new email still no answer.
I open a new ticket still now answer.

4 days after my first request for support
I called 5 times still no answer, still the same music and loop.
I open a new ticket, send email still no answer.

I blocked my VISA card but they still charged my account with 120 Euros.


Now I want a refund. I don't think a hosting company can do this to customers. Please help us to find away to get our money back since we work for non-profit organisation that helps undeveloped countires with IT. We don't have a big budget. We need our money.
