Description:: Shared 24x7 support by level2-level3 administrators. Computer engineer+ RHCE or MCSE + Minimum 2-3 years of experience in providing web-hosting support. Familiar with all widely used control panels For Windows/Linux and ability to work on both the OS. Maximum 30 min. response time is guaranteed and 2 hrs resolutions. Costing:Starting from $1299 to $1799 per team per month
B) True 24x7 Full support (Dedicated):
Dedicated support Includes unlimited help desk support with 15 min. response and 2 hrs resolution. Unlimited live chat, server management and server monitoring , security , updated, upgrades etc. Description:: Dedicated 24x7 support by Level2 & level3 administrators. Computer engineers+ RHCE or MCSE + Minimum 2-6 years of experience in providing web-hosting support. Familiar with all widely used control panels For Windows/Linux and ability to work on both the OS. 15 min. response and 2 hrs resolutions. If problem is complex or time consuming then follow up mail every hr. until problem is resolved. Total 4 administrators in one team. 4th admin would be backup admin that will work during weekly/other off of other three administrators. Live Camera access to watch your team on mobile/pda/laptop or pc. Phone access to team for contacting datacenters/Client. Costing:$1599 to $3000 per team per month
C) Dedicated Delivery Center
U&D Square’s Dedicated Delivery Center (DDC) is a outsourcing solution which works on BOT (Built, Operate, Transfer) or BOM (Built, Operate, Manage) model. We setup and operate a dedicated delivery center for your organization, at our offshore facility in India. Each DDC is customized to your requirements and we provide flexible options for security levels, isolation levels and management oversight. These DDC can be used to deliver software development, Technical support, Helpdesk Support, Application Development or maintenance, Testing or other function / non functional projects.
