We just wanted to publicly verify that SCPanel is indeed still in business and is continuing to lead the Shoutcast hosting control panel industry
This case here with Justin's license was a complete mistake on our part; his PayPal payment notification was never received in our e-mail inbox, but the payment was registered in PayPal.
We replied to Justin's e-mail within two hours after it arrived and rectified the issue by setting up his license within the following 30 minutes.
If Justin happens to see this post, he should be able to verify it's validity.

I'd highly suggest SCPanel employ use of a proper billing panel to avoid this issue in the future.
However upon my necessity to email them directly they did resolve this license issue (mind you it was paid for on the 9th of January and activated on the 16th, which clearly that time lag should not of happened, nor should it of been required to contact via email to make them aware of the order).
