Domains at Namecheap and mail problem

    Hi,

I have 2 domains registered at NameCheap.

Recently the mail address I used to register to these domains has been deactivated by the webmail company. I can no more access to my mail account.

How can I change the mail address in my Namecheap account. The interface specifies that an email will be send to my old email address for confirmation.

    Tks

Maybe this is one option: Open another account in NameCheap with a new email address and push all your domains to it.

The pushing accounts seems like an easy option to transfer it (if their support can't help you out)

this year i bought 2 domains(.com) with namecheap
1 is last 2 weeks, and i bought another 1 yesterday.
Both domains after 24hr++ still cant use it. It already registered in whois, but i cannot see its work in browser.

It this normal with them? Because with other registrar i it would be a lot more faster. I have open ticket, waiting them to reply me.
Hope its not a same reply like last time.

heard namecheap is good, that why i want to try. But from beginning they let me down.

Have you pointed them to your webhosting properly in the dns? The domains I've registered there (in the last month) all resolved in a matter of minutes.
