Technical Support Specialist
We are now accepting applications for Technical Support Specialists for a new brand launch. This position is remote (telecommute) and is an excellent opportunity for talented individuals who enjoy working with the latest technology in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum of 2yrs Experience with Linux (RH Derivitives) from a Systems Administration perspective.
- Working knowledge of Networking Fundamentals and Protocols.
- Familiarity with popular webhosting software and technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Spoken and Written English
- Strong desire to learn new things and the ability to guzzle large amounts of caffeine
Compensation: Pay is on a per trouble-ticket basis. The ticket value is based on the complexity but the pay generally ranges between $1 - $10.00 per ticket. There's unlimited earning potential. The average technician completes between 30-60 tickets per shift.
