Does anyone know if I should stick with Godaddy, or is there better out there?
I'm used to using Cpanel and I notice that my current hosting does not offer that.. any suggestions?
Are you happy with GoDaddy? If so, why move? If not, there are other hosts out there that are definitely better. HostGator, for instance, offers cPanel.

I think there are better hosts.
But I don't think you should switch WITHOUT testing the candidates, first.
As many hosts offer either 15 days or more money back garantee and/or month to month payment option, you can sign up and try them out WHEN you have time.
However, maybe you should ask the host if they feel comfortable with the idea, to be honest and polite, if you sign up with the intention of using money back garantee.
You can keep one or more of them as a backup host so that you can continue to test the quality and serve it as a backup site and data backup, too.
If one of candidate you've tested is better than current one, you can switch, or switch the role of the primary and the backup host status.
There are more options than simply 'sticking' or 'swithcing', IMO.
