I'm not sure as to the details of it, but from my understanding all existing customers of allmanaged receive the same service as if nothing had happened.
I think what might be going on is that allmanaged was fully absorbed under the sagonet name. And that Sagonet will be redoing their managed services to make it more clear. Or at least that is what my current understanding of the situation is.
