    What is your budget?

Bluehost charges only $6.95/mo but you have pay 24 months upfront to receive that price. They also don't have ASP.

If asp is really a necessity you will have to look for a windows host.

Your requirements are not really that high, so I am sure you could find a reliable host in the $5.00+/mo range.

Completely agreed, most ASP emulators don't support the full language.

As said before cheap webhosts arnt everything, you can better spend 5/10 bucks more and have a reliable server then pay $3 in a month and have a server wich is alot of down and doesnt support everything, offcourse this isnt for all the webhosters who are providing real cheap webspace

I disagree completly with Giamatti. You do not need to spend more then $5.00 a month for reliable web hosting. Please look around for what is in your price range and check downtime if that is a concern. I know for a fact you can find some reliable web host to fit your needs.

There is in fact a huge difference between cheap web hosting and affordable web hosting. You just have to find a good balance between features, and price.

    They are definately out there.

Well many prefer both...as some software (such as forums) are usually in PHP, and everything in-house is ASP.

You have to ask yourself, what is more important? Price or Quality? Then shop accordingly. Check out the offers section.

You would need a windows hosting account if you require both php and asp.

I would recommend doing a search on hostsearch.com

Avoid cheap oversold companies, take a look at http://ultracheaphosts.com - a good guide to help you understand why to avoid cheap overselling companies and how it can save you hours of time in the future.
