Can anybody recommend a good Website Hosting Management Package or a site that reviews, compares, or explains the ups and downs of the said product?

I need to find something that:
- has the ability to manage multiple hosting servers.
- has a hierarchal security schema.
- is capable of setting up a website with a custom log file location.
- has a web interface (not essential.)

I think what you are looking for would be:
Hsphere
cPanel clustered
Plesk w/ Expand

Personally I prefer Plesk, but any of these products would do what you are looking for including the control panel.
