What uptime service do you us?

I am curious to see what service you use to monitor your servers uptime?

http://pingdom.com can't beat their prices. Only down side is the lack of a public page but you can build your own with a little work. Before then http://siteuptime.com but I found it had a few false positives and such plus pingdom's 1 minute monitoring was hard to ignore.

I don't own a webhost, so free host-tracker is fine for me.

I use Host-Tracker as well. I have it set for 5 minute intervals, and run the button on my sites.

It may be paranoia, but it's nice to know how well they're working.

Pingdom is pretty good however they do not have public reports available. Websitepulse is another good one but a bit pricey in my opinion.

I am using websiteplus, they seem to be doing a very good job, but as Ali said, they are a bit pricey.

Depends. I'm using it since the first of the year and no payments are involved.

    Cool

Alertra, the years go by, they never miss. Why change for something new?
Multiple monitoring points, all services monitored, they haven't missed a beat in the 3+ years I've used them...no reason to look elsewhere.

PS: Just took a quick look, it appears Hyperspin is a site monitor. The OP was about server monitors. Didn't read everything but may be a difference in the apples & oranges some folks are missing.
