Looking for helpdesk that is lite, not much functioning and affordable..
I am looking for helpdesk that has piping, lite and not much functioning, not like kayako... and affordable..
This helpdesk will be used internal use for tracking message, information and storing messages and information.. so I don't want it to be like kayako or other huge helpdesk... I have found sitepanel3, but pricing is almost same as kayako.. 10 pound per month($19) or $115 per onwed..
is there anything that is simple and lite like sitepanel? any recommanded one?
I prefer paid one, not free one because it could be hack due to bugs and I don't want that ever..
Do you already have a billing system setup? If not, I would recommend using one that has a built in ticket system. WHMCS has a very nice helpdesk that sound like it would fit you perfectly. Obviously if you have no need for a billing system, then it would be overkill and useless to you. Just thought i would make the suggestion.
Have you tried out exophpdesk yet (I've used it myself in the past as a secondary desk and it's piping works fairly well, granted it sticks tickets into an EMAIL area when they are piped vs letting you assign them to specific departments easily).
