Enom Account disabled because of country restriction policy

    Hi,

My Enom Reseller account was disabled because of my country restrictions (Turkey). They want me some documents to be faxed. I faxed the documents they want on 15 Dec. 2006 and still my account is still disabled.

I contacted them from riskmgmt/enom.com, AcctSecurity/enom.com 4-5 times but still got any response.

Because of my account is disabled, i cannot login to support center, because i don't know its new url.

    Any suggestions for me?
    What can i do know?

    Thanks

create a new junk account at www.enomcentral.com and post your support question there.

Contact your "parent" reseller who created your account, and ask them to investigate for you.
