Find me please a tomcat server,I am in some kind of server now but I am not satisfied,tomcat doesnt work correctly.
I dont want dedicated,the jsp code that will run will be very limited...

If you take advantage of that offer you *must* follow their instructions to a T and make a screen shot of everything as you sign up so you have proof you entered the code. Make a screenshot of that offer page too!
Tomcat automatically looks for a directory called ROOT as the default application, so there is no need to include the Context line for the ROOT directory unless you need to change the default attributes.
I brought this to their attention, but do not know if they changed the way they are setting up their server.xml files.
