Funkadelic and finito, have you actually used these services? The OP is asking for recommendations.

Sorting does not take 27 hours to fix an apache issue. Please PM me.

Contact is best done via the helpdesk where the rest of the staff may assist you - not via PMs. Tris will not get to his PMs until morning time.

Re: all these recommendations for PlatinumServerManagement -- no doubt they're great, but Compworld specified Plesk 8, which PSM doesn't support.

I would suggest you to go for the following
    touchsupport.com
    serverwizards.com
This could help resolve your query.

I would recommend http://www.supportpro.com We have used them for about a year and a half to be admins on our server as well as ticket support for our cusotmers.

They are always extremely responsive and courteous.

Did you not read that this was a PLESK control panel?

Why recommend PSM when they DON'T HANDLE PLESK!

What about the ones you recommend in your first post in this thread? Didn't see AdminGeekz there.

I'm with Seeksadmin, but can't recommend them.

Seeksadmin is cheap, if you are looking on a budget then I would recommend them, they always get the problems solved, but in a timely matter.

    Funkadelic,

Thanks for recommending Servaxnet, I used them and they were wonderful. He fixed an apache problem that was slowing down all my vbulletin forums.
