I know that customers seeing that a company being insured and bonded etc make it look really good.
Are you insured and/or bonded?
What are your thoughts on it?
I do realise that under certain US Federal acts Hosts aren't responsible for their customers content but still....
Well mainly web hosts that colocated in a carrier hotel facility must be insured, not sure about bonded...never heard of that outside of construction.
