web page address
Can anyone give advice on how to create multiple easy to type (and remember) wepage addresses from the same domain for different clients i have.
e.g How can i create www . mydomain . (clientname).com???
or www . clientname.mydomain.com
instead of... www . mydomain.com/(clientname).html ??
Hello, this would be done by adding subdomains to your existing domain. Your hosting provider should be able to give you exact instructions on how to create these sub-domains on your account.

He is correct -- you should also (depending on the host) have a control panel that will allow you to add such features. It'd be under sub domains as jmcallister said.
thanks for that.
I just tried it, and it hasn't linked...
is there a delay over the net e.g DNS delay?
That would be the most common problem, yes. If it doesn't work after a while, perhaps there are issues somewhere else.
May i ask what control panel you use?
Create sub domains via your control panel.
You could use yourdomain.tld/clientname no need for index.html or index.php at the end as browsers always look for the index file by default so need to specify it in the address
your example of www . mydomain . (clientname).com is incorrect also as this would mean your site is a subdomain of the clients site as you've put (clientname).com. Your second example was correct however
