Do they make a faceplate like this?

A face plate with a cat5, coaxial cable and outlet?

I can't find anything like it, i want to run cat5, and a coaxial cable out through a outlet box.

    Yes...

There are these interchangable plates that can be picked up at the local home improvement store where you can choose whatever connector you want.

They are standard sized plates with (1, 3, 4, 5, or 6) square holes where you can clip in little inserts from phone to cable connectors in one wallplate. Leviton, hubbel, pass/seymour, etc make their own versions of these things so you should be able to find them.

BTW, we use them all the time at work, usually with a cat5, cable & phone jack in one box.

However, I havent seen such with a recepticle with these... I'm sure they exist, but I havent seen nor them.

Check your codes first, in most places I am familiar with it is against building codes to run low voltage wires (cable, phone, network) in the same conduit or exit through the same box as 120-220V.

Do you have a link to any of them online?

    Thanks
